A great ending to the Saw Saga (by samiam225) |
Let me say this the saw movies hold a special place in my heart. The first saw was the first movie my husband and I saw together before we started dating. The opening of the first trap was so intense. You didn't know how it would end, but I found myself clapping for the guys. I understand some people would think thats harsh but come on she had it coming. I'm also really glad to see that the director from the last movie also directed this one he tied it all together. There is a lot of hidden stuff to look for. For example look at the evidence room you can see some of the most famous <more> |
Most awesome ending ever! (by barbie800) |
I was so looking forward to seeing Saw 3D and I must say it did not disappoint! This was to me the greatest ending to a movies franchise ever. I don't believe I will ever see another series like Saw again. Everything was just perfect in this movie. The traps were amazing the story all tied together perfectly and I never saw the ending coming but let me tel you, it will blow you away. It was just perfect. I am sad to see it end but I think they ended it at the right time otherwise it just would have ended up the Friday the 13th and been crappy! My only complaint was the 3D. They did not <more> |
the best ending to a horror franchise ever. (by tajic_6) |
after spending the day watching saw I all the way to saw VI at home i went to the cinema to watch saw 3D with high expectation. knowing that this was the last one in the series i expected it to deliver something different. with Cary Elwes returning as doctor Gordon i knew this would be good. the plot of the movie was very different camper to the other saw movies and it have more chilling traps. not Every scene was made specifically for 3D but it was enough to be watched in 3D. If your a big fan of saw then you must watch this because the ending will have you at the edge of your seat. For me <more> |
A top notch ending to the franchise warning contains spoilers! (by thorpee2009) |
Yesterday me and my friends decided to have a Saw marathon, we watched saw 1 up to 6 then went to see the new and apparently last instalment aw 3D at the cinema. I went with incredibly high expectations, and in some ways was not disappointed, however there were a few things i was not overly keen on. spoilers be warned The negatives - 1. I expected the final game in the saw franchise to focus on someone rather more related to the saw franchise itself. Bobby's character not being known of or mentioned in any previous films ruined it a bit for me, plus the fact i saw him as a completely <more> |
Every saga eventually dies . . . (by gmarrast) |
But you might as well go out with a bang! Saw 3D is without a doubt the perfect conclusion to the long drawn out horror/torture franchise. After Saw 3, fan base has slowly started to decline over the years, but fortunately with the help of Saw VI, and Saw 3D's brilliant director, Kevin Greutert, the saga has come to a brilliant, yet well-deserved ending. The acting has taken a tremendous leap from the previous films, and the traps . . . Ooh, don't get me started, you have to see it to learn more. FYI, not for the little ones; this movie will make you cringe, wrestle, and writhe with <more> |
The last part is easily the best ! (by Cinema_Love) |
I don't mind saying this for one reason ! This final movie is simply the best. It answer all our questions after all thoses movies. I'm a big fan of the Saw movies, and the first was my favorite until now. The real fans of the psychological side of SAW will like it. But the pure gore fans as well because we get a lot of them. Sean Patrick Flannery has been added to this part and he's doing an amazing job, easily the best actor of the whole series with Cary Elwes, Bell and Mandylor. The atmosphere is still very present in this grand finale and we get flashbacks but not as much as <more> |
Aside from the pointless 3D this is great! (by preppy-3) |
The seventh and purportedly last Saw movie. It picks exactly where part 6 ended so you may think you have to see all six parts to get it, but I saw it with a friend who missed parts 4-6 and he had no trouble figuring it out. It's more "fun" and "games" with Jigsaw's followers carrying out his sadistic little games. This time around Bobby Dagan Sean Patrick Flanery and his family and friends are tortured because Dagan lied about saying he escaped from a trap by Jigsaw--but he never WAS in a trap by Jigsaw. Like the others this is dark, grim, no unnecessary <more> |
Saw 3D or Saw VII 3D in Australia was AMAZING (by darrenholmes26) |
I had to catch this as soon as it came out. I'm a huge Saw fan. I think I've been to every Saw movie on the opening day for the last 6 years. This one is OFF THE CHAIN! The 3D is nuts! If you love Saw or just horror movies in general then you'll love this. It doesn't hold back. I've been heaps impressed with everything they've done for this film. I've seen so many websites with great clips like the Saw VII 3D photobooth http://ow.ly/2WRaW and the Saw traps retrospective http://bit.ly/9GFdcv . I've gotta give it to them, they're putting everything <more> |
Best certainly saved for last Quick Review (by matt-deverill) |
Pros: A good storyline with plenty of twists. Some of the most creative traps to date.I really liked the scenes outside rather than always being set in the dark dingy rooms excluding flashbacks like in the other movies.Good ending.Cons: Some of the acting was a little off, Chad Donella Who played Gibson did not do a very good job, I sometimes could not tell if he was trying to be sarcastic or if it was just bad acting before including no... he is just a dodgy actor. The scene during the television interview also displayed some terrible acting from the characters behind the camera crew as <more> |
